"I was absorbed by Ryan’s office when Ray Favacho retired. The transition was smooth. Every time I’ve called, a friendly human answers which nowadays is a big win in anybody’s book! Even when I settled privately and didn’t end up filing a claim, they had pointers for me and good advice. I pay a LOT in premiums and yes my rates go up every billing period but that feels like an insurance industry pain and not necessarily this office. I’ve been tempted a few times to get quotes from other brands but in the end I decide to stick it out with State Farm because at least there’s nice local agents that will provide customer service instead of just a toll free number robot. If I could give one piece of feedback I wish they would reward long term loyal customers with multiple policies a bit more than they currently do (aka more discounts for loyalty!)"
